Yes it is, I got mine for my little 24" X 24" corner shower. However, it came out as standard on the later model 2016's. I saw my first one here on the Forum in an Axis 24.1.
If you check all the posts in the thread listed above you will see some other pictures that show the space increase. In the attachments below I left the old shower curtain on to see the increase in space.
