You running on shore power? Have you tried the generator? Sames results on both?
If so, it could be your transfer switch. Ours had some loose wirenuts on the hot wire and arced and melted the wirenut. After replacing the wirenut (and making a better connection) Shore power worked, generator worked, and all was right with the world.
