There should be an AC circuit breaker on the converter AC power distribution panel. Have you tried that?
Have you tried turning the thermostat just to fan? Try turning the thermostat to heat to see if the heater tries to start. That should eliminate the thermostat being bad.
I don't know if there are any other AC circuit breakers in the coach. If there aren't then I'd suspect the AC itself.
