OK... the issue is not a single GFI or 12v fuse if you have no 110 on either shore power or generator...

There should be a main breaker in the circuit breaker panel (30 or 50amp depending on your rig) - insure that isn't tripped/off...

Those 2 power sources (shore and generator) come together at the transfer switch - so that is the place to start - measuring voltage in and out... (Out can be measured on output side of transfer switch or input to circuit breaker box.)
This will require removing covers and exposing potentially live wires. Only do so yourself if you are comfortable working with electricity...

Again assuming you don't have a hardwired surge suppressor, but that is also a possible source IF wired into both input sources.
