Had plenty. The leftovers become the main ingredient in a pork tenderloin salad today. Add to it some greens and tomatoes we got from one of the local farms.
Was going to do that yesterday but we wound up having lunch at a craft brewery that made some dynamite chili and their beer selection allowed me to re-stock the outdoor fridge for the week, or May be a day or two at least.
