Window tinting
We live in south western Nevada, 50 miles from Death Valley, where it is not unusual for summer temperatures to exceed 100 degrees.
We just purchased as Thor Hurricane S31 and the first modification we did was to tint the windows. The factory tint seem mostly cosmetic and did nothing to reduce heat. We did the work ourselves and it took one day. We used nano ceramic 5% tint on all windows except the windshield. This effectively reduced the inside temperature by 15 degrees on the hottest days.
We purchased the tint from windowtint.com. They sell various types (grades) and VLT % tints. It comes in rolls of 10 feet or more and widths of 20 to 60 inches.
