Oh no, not saying that at all. I was just noting an observation.
I used to work pumps and systems in the paper industry.
We used pulsation dampeners all the time for various pulsing pumps, and these dampeners are often used on both the suction and discharge sides.
I don't totally understand the affect that I was describing that was happening in my coach, but I suspect it had something to do with an interruption in flow to the pump.
