If the drawer has rails like on our Axis:

Pull the draw out as far as it will go.
You'll some little black plastic "arms" pop out from one rail to the next.
On one side you push that arm down, on the other you pull it up--this unlocks the drawer.
With the arms pushed down/up continue pulling on the drawer and it will come out.
