I can't speak for their service, we bought our 2015 Mobile Suites there two years ago. We dealt with a guy named Jerry, back then it was called "Brown & Brown" I believe, Jerry was very good to deal with and pretty knowledgeable (about DRV's). Not sure if he's even there anymore but we got what we thought was a pretty fair deal.
Because we're fairly close to DRV's plant we've had our service work done right at the factory.
We live in southeastern Wisconsin and travel to Howe IN for "minor" repairs.
