You can check whether the generator (or shore power if you plug in) is charging the chassis battery by reading the voltage off if the right side of the Trombetta (when looking at it from the front). It should read from 13.6 to 14.2. From your post, it looks like that may not be happening. I had a similar problem on my 2016 Axis. It turned out to be a miswired BIRD. Is your coach new? Have you had any problems with charging the house or chassis batteries previously?
