Our whirlpool lost fluid also - had it a little over 3 years. A sears guy came out and replaced the fluid and it worked ok for about 3 months. We have an extended warrenty. We are thinking about buying a different model and perhaps one smaller. It is a heavy stress on our 2014 Palazzo slide. Also could add a shelf above in the encloser. Any advise appreciated!!
