Yes, very easy to reach the bolt heads at the edge of the pass thru "tunnel". I had to make it a one man job. Vise grip to hold the bolt head in tunnel to loosen and tighten nuts in cabin on seat base.
Although, the job would go faster and smoother with a helper.
