Since they work on shore power - the issue is not a GFCI or power strip...
(The GFCI - Ground Fault Circuit Interrupt - typically only controls outlets in what could be WET areas... kitchen counter - bathroom counter - outside... It would not be in the circuit for the TV or Microwave.)
Does anything 110V work on the genny? A/C? Any regular outlets? or is it all off? (much of the interior runs on 12v - only the larger appliances directly run on shore power or genny...
If nothing works - there is definitely a circuit breaker on the genny itself that could be tripped. The transfer switch is another possibility.
If it is really just those 2 things not working - on a 30A rig (you said an Axis) - I would be surprised... (On 50A rig there are 2 legs coming from the genny and one could be tripped... but 30A only has one.)
