Not sure if it would be the same for the windshield blinds but most likely is. It would only work, I assume, if you have over hear stationary cabinets. If yes they would screw into them.

Thank you! That is exactly what I was looking for. Yes, I do have overhead cabinets and should have ample space to fasten it.
