]Just an FYI, we have learned (lol) how to finally use our sofa correctly. We had issues on 2 prior trips, (we are newbies) the cushions didn't seem to fit correctly. Way off.
Hence I came on here and others having same issues. Therefore I called/wrote Thor, they in turn asked for picture. Well turns out my hubby went out and tried again and lo and behold he got it....What we were doing incorrectly was not pulling the backboard down once sofa was opened. See pic below of the sofa finally in place. i do have a video but trying to save it to this.
