If you have one port only, you cannot identify the leaking tire. You will not have on tire low, because the system tries to equalize the pressure until a certain low set point is reached. At that time the equalization will stop and the leaking tire will continue to loose pressure until it is low enough for you to see it. A second port with a TPMS system connected should show you the low tire while still driving with it (if the leak happened while driving).
