This is what I use on my Axis.

Its a Syringe Filler. I put a 12" piece of clear flexible tubing on the end of it and am able to fill the cell. I use a very small mirror and small mag light to view the cell level. Its tight but you can reach in with out to much trouble to remove the caps. I use the same method on the engine battery.
