Kev, congratulations on your soon be be new Windsport!!! We love our outside kitchen too! I don't have the fridge plugged in but do use it to store extra drinks in. Added a paper towel holder for when we're cooking out.

First mod you need to do is the CHF, makes a HUGE difference in how the Windsport drives! Hope you enjoy it!!!
