I also had this issue recently in my 2016 37 KT and after much trial and error found out the motors are not syncing, i brought the bunk all the way down and tried to raise it each time it started off crooked I would bring it back down and repeated the raising procedure, after the the 3rd or 4th attempt it went back up evenly. ( be sure not to go up to high or you will knock them out of synch again, something I was not told is to make sure the pins are in place when driving otherwise the bunk will creep down while driving. Hope this works for you
