Poor mans cold air intake, don't know if it helps, but sure can't hurt since it is drawing air from a cooler source. Did this a long time ago before I figured out how to post pictures. On the far right side behind the grill is a dryer exhaust vent with the louvers removed, it is zip tied to the grill. I used a standard flexible dryer vent hose to connect to the filter intake horn, luckily it was the same size! Between the vent, an elbow, two hose clamps, and some left over vent hose, it probably cost less than $15 to make.
