The Foam Factory that was 3" memory foam and 3" HD36-HQ foam. The resulting 6" high mattress is too high to leave up there when the bunk is all the way up, though. So we take it down and throw it on the back beds when we travel. When we're camping we just raise the bunk until the mattress touches the ceiling.
