I had issues with those LED running lights on both my Vegas and new Axis. I had the sets replaced when I took the coach in for warrantee work and did not have a problem after that. However, if all the lights are out on one side, I would agree with you that it might be a power issue. Those LED strips are not very expensive and they seem to be easy to replace, so it doesn't seem worthwhile to take it in for just that.
