KP - I have a Miramar motorhome and ALWAYS use the Gen-Turi when dry camping near other RV's. It directs some of the noise but more importantly the fumes up and away. I don't have problems with the fumes entering my RV but the neighbors appreciate me not dumping the fumes into their area. I understand the warranty concern but knowing how it connects I don't see any issues that would cause a problem with the generator. There are other things you can do to direct the fumes from under your slide, but nothing works as well for you neighbors as moving it all above your roof.
