I completely agree with gmc, very unlikely the tank is frozen, it would taken quite a while for that to happen! I also agree that you most likely have an ice blockage somewhere, unless the temp was extremely low you might get lucky and not have any damage. Keep up the heat and give things a chance to thaw. If you have access to your water tank make sure that area is open to the heat. Got my fingers crossed for you!
