I'm aware of the auto-leveler that one can add for the distilled water/acid -- but in the off season, I like to actually remove the batteries to bring them home to maintain and condition them. Where we have the MH stored there isn't any power source that I can plug in to.
Eventually, my plan is to convert over to 2 6v batteries when these have run their course.

I thought about it for a minute or two then just got the qwik fill kit. Theres a lot of wires in the battery compartment and I wasn't sure how well a sliding tray would work or if it would even fit inside properly.
I keep my mh at the house so adding water isn't a big thing. I also have power at the mh so I can plug in any time I want.
