I don't have an Outlaw, but our old toy hauler had a switch inside on the main switch panel and then there was a second switch at the pump itself. I would look near your water pump switch or the water heater switch. Could also be in the garage or back room depending on which model you have.

The switch at the pump could be hit a second time to turn it off. You don't want to leave that pump running any more than the time it takes to fill whatever you are filling. Then go back inside and turn the main switch off.
