Have you checked the big breaker under the hood (I think it's a 50 amp). I had issues with my AC not blowing cold air last year, and, during the hunt for what was wrong, I noticed my horn wasn't working and my wipers had quit. The tech I was working with didn't have a whole lot of RV experience (middle of nowhere, Texas - just happy he was game to come out with his voltage meter!), so I spent some time on here and found the answer. Not sure if it will help you, but I'd start there.

When you open up the front of the RV, have a look on the upper left hand side, hiding behind some of the flexible ac tubing. If the breaker has tripped (and if I remember this right), you'll see a little yellow "flag" flipped out. Push that back in, and it should reset. Hope that solves the issue - it's a really cheap fix! Good Luck
