Actually did some more looking into today. I had washed the roof, and had a pretty good puddle on the floor of the outdoor kitchen, so it's definitely the door. I pulled the lock mechanism and looks like it's definitely getting in through that opening (see pics). The lock plate was nice and tight but there no silicone bead or anything. It has a rubber gasket but it sure doesn't look like it would work well.
Anyway a good portion of the bottom of the door is delaminating. Still solid but soft by the lock. Guess I can have it changed, but I also have full body paint.
