I have fixed this issue several times by adding a braided flex line at the the pump. Just get a braided steel flex linne that you would use on your household sink and add it to the output side of the waterpump. This causes the pulse to flex at the pump instead of in the walls where the plumbing is more ridged. Actually quiets the whole system down.
