I had the same issue with my Chateau. I suggest purchasing an outlet tester to see if the entire outlet is dead or if the neutral or power is bad. I found I have no neutral. After contacting Thor, they suggested I start testing wire nut couplings from where the power comes into the coach and goes to the outlets. Low and behold I found one wire nut that had a wire that was not in contact with the others. Tightened everything up and no more problem. Good luck
