We've been sticking a pair of shoes under the rail that folds out and holds up the end of the bed to make it more level. Finally went out and measured the tube and made a cad file for printing some stand-offs that pop on/off easily but can stay on the bar full time. Very simple solution to the bed support bar that's too short.
