The only heavy draw from the batteries is the inverter. Since you have a 1,800 watt inverter, the max draw would surge of 3,600 watts divided by 11.0 volts would be 328 amps. That puts you at 3/0 wire. More conservative would be 1,800 watts divided by 11.0 volts or 163 amps which puts you at 2 ga. So all the wiring should be 2 ga. That assumes 12 volt batteries. If you choose to use 6 volt batteries, the the connections between the batteries need to be double the 12 volt size.
