Fans use very little power; in the range of 2 or 3 Amps being typical, but exact rating depends on model. Some may go a little higher. Therefore, in 8 hours you should use less than about 30 Amp-hours or so, which should be well within the capacity of two batteries unless they are in really bad shape.

Also, if your house batteries run down too much to start the generator, you should be able to start the motorhome with the chassis battery, and after a while the alternator should charge the house batteries enough to then start the generator.
