Count the DW and I as happy Hurricane owners. Only two minor problems in the first 15,000 miles. Working with Thor Motor Coach Customer Service, I was able to take my coach to a Jayco dealer to have two warranty items repaired in less than two hours. I paid for the repairs and sent the bill to Thor. About one month later Thor reimbursed me the $271.00 for the repairs. Like most owners, we are constantly modifying/updating the coach. Thor has been most helpful in advising use on how to proceed and where to purchase the uncommon items. We have been living in it full time for two months after selling our house. Two more months before our new house is finished. It all still works as advertised.
