The photo appears to be a 220 household plugin for a dryer. I don't think you will have much luck finding an adapter and you certainly don't want to use it anyway. A regular outlet is what you need for short term service while your RV is in the drive. You can keep your batteries charged, keep frig on, have lights, and use outlets inside the coach as needed. Use a good heavy grounded extension cord.
