The accolades are well warranted for this product along with their customer support. I ordered on a Saturday, 5/20 and the shipment was on my doorstep 5/24. I emailed their customer support team to inquire about shipping time frames as we will be using our Challanger over the holiday weekend. Not only did I receive a response within a few hours on a Saturday, but their team committed to relay my request to the warehouse and request it be prioritized for shipping prep on Monday.
As others have mentioned, be sure to have two people to install, one to position the SnapPads, the other to work the level controls. Makes it much easier and cuts down on time.
