Awning support

Getting ready for trip last week, put awning out. No hard wind, very gentle breeze. Working inside looked out window to see the awning below window level! Front support had completely pulled off side, one screw on bottom only thing that kept awning from going to the ground.

Had to cancel reservation, forfeited that money. Mobile tech finally got here last Friday. His opinion was that THOR used the wrong screws to mount the support. He drilled new holes in the plates ( top and bottom ), used better lag bolts. Also added a bolt into the very top where the roof curves over to the side. He added that to the rear support also, just to be safe.

Still can't figure out how to rotate a pic taken with iPhone, sorry.
