Happened to us on our 2017 Freedom Elite 26HE. Not a blowout but the flap blew back into the dual wheel and got all chewed up. No apparent damage to tires. It was an easy fix and Thor sent me the OEM parts promptly with no fuss. Excellent support, notwithstanding that it probably shouldn't have come loose in the first place. I was not aware that this flap thing was an issue so I just put it back the way it was. It would be easy to provide additional support however..
