When you want to winterize close the two and open the one between red & blue (this is so that you don't fill the water heater with antifreeze).

To be sure you could follow the lines down: If two of them go to the water heater then it is the winterizing valves.

you can't get to them there under the floor I looked underneath but there seals off. I guess I would have to pull the water heater out to get to them
