Thanks, I appreciate the feedback because I'm always checking to confirm that manufacturers' performance claims aren't exaggerated.

If I understand your system and usage correctly, you have 210 Ah programmed, so around 10% represents about 21 Ah (that's your reported overnight usage). That converts to about 250 watt-hours of energy -- more or less. With 500 watts of solar panels total, even after taking typical inefficiencies into account, it's no surprise your batteries are recharged by noon. It sounds like you have quite a bit more untapped capacity in your system (both batteries and solar) before the generator would be needed.
