Not so much adjustable, but the typical RV regulators I have seen have a specified range between 40 to 50 psi - I suppose due to manufacturing tolerances.
I am using an inexpensive Camco regulator (40064) with indicator dial as I like to "see" what is going on...
Actually though, I bet we use the pump 80% of the time as only a few campgrounds we stay at have on-site water.
