Hydralift motorcycle lift/tongue weigh

Hi everyone. I am writing this as a very frustrated shopper. I am looking at purchasing a 2013 palazzo 33.1 and have been getting a lot of conflicting information. Ultimately I need to figure out what the tongue weight is on that Coach which I understand to be typically 10% of the tow capacity. I know the GVWR is 26,000 pounds and the GCWR is 30,000 pounds. I know the rear axle weight capacity is 17,500. The combined weight of the motorcycle and the lift will be 1000 pounds, not including the added weight on the axle due to the bike hanging off the back. Can anyone tell me what is the tongue weight for this model. Would it be 1000 pounds or 500 pounds?
