We went to Costco.com and searched on "seat covers" company makes custom fit in a multitude of materials for Ford e350/450. We ordered a fabric and received it in about 3 weeks, fit like a glove - including the arm rest. Hope this helps. Found my order sheet and the company name is Coverking.
