On your GREY and BLACK tank question, are you swiveling the nozzle down to the opening in the bottom of the sewage compartment?
I was afraid I was going to "break" ours the first few times, but, it really does swivel.
On the door, at least on our 2016, there is an arm at the bottom of the door that keeps it from going to far..
Ours keeps coming in screwed, but we just reconnect
