If you are getting a direct replacement piece of glass that will have the upper and lower tracks on it replacement looks to be pretty straight forward.
Just went out and had a look at my Vegas. Looks like removing 2 set screws on top will allow the glass to slide out of that track while sliding the lower opener arms out of their track.
This would be done with the window cranked open . That's how it appears at a quick glance.
