I have a very small fan that plugs into a USB port but it's too small to do much good!
You will need a power inverter. It is a device that turns your 12v power into a 110v outlet for you to plug into. They sell some that will plug into 12v outlet but the proper way is to have one installed into the coach. Not a cheap thing to have done and you will need lots of battery capacity. On the plus side when rolling down the road you can have 110v power without the generator running.
