Halibut214....Mine looked a LOT like that. Many open spots with no insulation and many parts not really stuck down, and insulation did not go to the edges of the doghouse. Upon attempting to fix the original insulation prior to installation of the Extreme, I found that quite a bit of the original insulation did not even have the paper backing taken off of the insulation. No wonder there were air "tunnels" and bubbles that were not stuck down. Clearly horrible quality control. These doghouses obviously were never checked, I find it hard to believe that this type of sloppy work would pass any inspector. I wish I had taken a picture of mine prior to my repairs.
