Challenger mod to sanitize the water hose with the tank

New 2015 Challenger 37ND and decided to sanitize the water system prior to first use. Started looking around while the solution was sitting in the tank for the recommended 3 to 4 hours and decided a mod was required.

The mod is to the fresh tank drain so I can attach my water hose and sanitize it at the same time and to also allow draining the 100 gals of solution somewhere other than in front of the rear wheels.

The parts required were

1 in PVC 45 degree elbow
1 in PVC to female pipe thread adapter
Pipe thread to hose thread adapter
Brass hose end cap
PVC cleaner
PVC glue

With the exception of the cleaner and glue which I had on-hand the parts cost less than 10.00 at Lowes.

I attached pictures of the project and as I write this thread my 2 water hoses are filled with solution and sanitizing along with the tank and coach plumbing. The hose end is also capped so the solution sit in the hose.

As a note, due to the syphon principles I found that the hoses must remain lower than the tank to remain full of solution.
