I have figured out the ducting is just channels in the ceiling foam, but haven't pushed anything thru it, yet.
I haven't removed the central unit cover, yet, but that was my next move, even before I read of this mod.

Yes living room got good air flow but bedroom was lacking. The costco fan we bought helps a lot. Im still going to look into adding a bedroom ac but Ill have to wait until I heal up from the surgery.
