Most dealerships don't' use their certified mechanics for oil changes, they use the same the flunkies that the quick change places use. The difference is the quick places are always wanting to sell you something else besides oil changes, ie; radiator flush, engine flush, headlight fluid, wiper sharpening, battery rotation, just say NO. Using them should NOT affect your warranty, NOT changing your oil would.
